About the Role
A Jane Foods Team Member will be responsible for working as efficiently and productively as possible. They will also be on the front line of creating our candy products and assessing the quality of them before they are sent out. A team member will also act proactively to ensure smooth operations and maximum efficiency in the production and fulfillment of Jane Foods.
Requirements
Must be available to work at least 40 hours per week.
Able to conduct physical labor - including picking up 50 lbs on occasion & walking and standing majority of shift.
Must participate in all parts of production and fulfillment of Jane Foods.
Able to set clear goals, complete them and achieve deadlines.
Possess basic knowledge of machines, the candy making process, and quality control.
Possesses self motivation, is able to motivate others and resolve conflict.
Able to quickly learn Jane Foods processes and procedures.
